Yin, Power, Vinyasa, and Pilates classes led by certified instructors channel breath, somatic awareness, and nervous system training to build resilience, release stored tension, and awaken embodied power. Each practice is designed to meet modern stress with ancestral strength—training the body to move with purpose, control, and endurance.

Breathwork is an ancient, instinctual practice—using the breath to sharpen the mind, strengthen the body, and steady the nervous system. The breath is power. It clears what is stagnant, fuels resilience, and awakens what’s been suppressed. Through intentional breathing, we return to our natural rhythm, releasing stored tension and reclaiming strength from the inside out. This work is raw, accessible, and deeply transformative. We’re honored to bring this powerful healing practice back to the community—where it belongs.
Our Reiki sessions provide a grounded and restorative approach to wellness. Using gentle, hands-on energy work, Reiki helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural healing process. It complements yoga and massage by promoting balance, easing tension, and enhancing overall well-being.
Our massage therapy sessions restore strength, balance, and resilience. Each session is a ritual of renewal — releasing tension from the body, calming the mind, and awakening the warrior within. Step into deep restoration and rise renewed, ready for battle or peace.
Hypnotherapy is our newest offering. Sessions guide you beyond the conscious mind to release deep-seated stress, trauma, and limiting beliefs. Through relaxation and focused awareness, we help you reconnect to your inner strength and rewrite old patterns that no longer serve you. This powerful complement to yoga supports nervous system balance, emotional healing, and lasting transformation.


Somatic Breathwork Workshop (90 min)
Led by Robert Ironbeard, this guided somatic breathwork experience is designed to regulate the nervous system, release stored tension, and restore clarity. Through intentional breathing, gentle somatic cues, and grounded integration, you’ll reset the body, calm the mind, and reconnect to your inner strength.

Join us for a deeply restorative and transformative experience that weaves together Yin Yoga, Reiki healing, somatic movement, and immersive sound meditation. Guided by the intuitive and nurturing presence of Samantha Dungca, this workshop is designed to gently unwind the body, release stored tension, and create space for emotional and energetic healing.

Join us for this therapeutic practice that uses sound frequencies to improve physical and emotional well-being. With over 27 years in music experience, Robert leverages the use of crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, flute and even the human voice to produce sound vibrations. These vibrations are believed to resonate with the body's natural frequencies, promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and aiding in the healing process. Sound healing is based on the idea that different frequencies can influence the body's energy centers (chakras) and bring about a state of balance and harmony.
