. Breathwork Certified Facilitator and Owner / Operator of Ironbeard Yoga. Robert’s wellness journey began over two decades ago, rooted in a deep curiosity about holistic and homeopathic health. Ten years later, his exploration of fitness led him to yoga — a discovery that would completely transform his life. From that very first class, Robert knew he had found something profound — a sacred practice that spoke to his mind, body, and spirit. Fueled by this calling, he set out to share what he had learned: the timeless wisdom of yoga and its power to bring balance, strength, and peace to everyday life. Now, nearly six years after opening the doors of Ironbeard Yoga, Robert continues to guide students on their own paths toward wellness and transformation. Fascinated by the neurological and biological impact of yoga on mental health, Robert sees its effects as nothing short of miraculous. His teaching spans from slow  restorative sessions to full-power journeys that awaken the nervous system and inner vitality. His guiding philosophy: “Align the body, and the mind will follow.” With a background in fitness and health, Robert’s mission is to meet each student exactly where they are — supporting their goals, whether physical, mental, emotional, or spiritual. His belief is simple yet profound: there is something in Yoga for everyone.

Ariana’s yoga journey began a few months after sustaining a serious back injury in the beginning of 2024. What started off as a way to heal her body, she

Ariana is a 200hr yoga Instructor and breathwork practitioner who is passionate about guiding others to remember their wholeness and sovereignty. Ariana’s yoga journey began a few months after sustaining a serious back injury in the beginning of 2024. What started off as a way to heal her body, she realized that yoga was far more than just postures and breathing and fell in love with the divine dance. Ariana traveled to Costa Rica, immersed herself in a 17 day long journey of yoga & somatic training, to deepen her relationship with the ancient practice and to connect with the body’s innate wisdom. Ariana resonated deeply with Yin Yoga and she realized how important it is to bring s little more stillness into the world that is always on the go. Her prayer is that she shares the potent medicine of Yin with the world.

Yoga teacher, sound healing and reiki practitioner who is passionate about being able to give others guidance towards a healthier and happier version of themselves through holistic practices. She has been practicing since 2015, completed yoga teacher training in 2017, sound healing and energy medicine in 2018 and reiki attunement I & II in 2019. Dedicated to the art of yoga, she prides herself on creating a space where all feel welcome and yogis of all levels are safe to explore movement, breath, and mindfulness. Teaching styles blend strength and softness, guiding vinyasa classes that focus on building balance, both on the mat and in everyday life. She finds joy through making yoga approachable, lighthearted, and a little bit magical. We hope that you leave practice with Alexis feeling grounded and renewed.

Samantha Dungca is the passionate owner of Soulflower Retreats and Summit Healing Arts. As a mother of three, she spends her time balancing family life, running a healing arts business, hosting international wellness retreats, and giving back to her community.

Sam’s mission is to inspire others to shine authentically in the world and recognize their own divine qualities. She holds degrees in Cultural Anthropology and Communications.

With 550 hours of Certified Yoga Teacher and Trauma-Informed Trainings, a Reiki II certification, experience in meditation and sound healing, a creative nature, and years of experience working in trauma-sensitive environments, she aims to provide a safe space for others to experience healing and transformation.

Her offerings include a unique 75-minute Somatic Movement Reiki session - a heartfelt blend of somatic movement, yin yoga, sound bowls, and energy work designed to help others release, restore, and realign. She also offers traditional 60-minute Reiki sessions and 30-minute virtual Reiki sessions.
